buddybank, the digital only and mobile-first bank powered by UniCredit Group, asked Connexia to redefine its positioning and upgrade its identity toward a younger and friendlier appeal, while maintaining the conversational approach typical of buddybank.

Connexia, in line with the client’s guidelines stressed the friendlier approach of buddybank. «A true buddy understands you. A true buddy is a partner in crime for every adventure. A true buddy is always there for you» are the key messages. Connexia also redefined the new logo, playing with the double «b» in expressing all the affinity and friendly relationship a customer would not expect from a bank.
