To get to know our customers faster than ever before, using their browsing and shopping habits, to maintain our position as a leader in our reference market and to optimize the migration of our new e-commerce site.


Our approach focused on designing a strategy for measuring digital KPIs and evaluating the monitoring system, to ensure optimum configuration and seamless integration with all marketing platforms in the publisher’s ecosystem. At the same time, we provided support for the migration of the new e-commerce platform and with setting up the dashboard to capture data from the various DeAgostini platforms, as well as conversion rate optimization activities.


By constantly tracking and monitoring the main KPIs of the De Agostini Publishing project, we can evaluate the results of the brand’s marketing strategy in real time and implement increasingly effective strategies and actions.
